Specific requirements such as specifications, sizes, materials, colors, and printing content.
Quantity requirements and budget range.
Available tools: Provide preset requirement form templates to help customers quickly fill in detailed information.

Step 2

Professional Consultation

Consultant connection: Dedicated account managers communicate with customers to further confirm specific needs. Recommend materials and design solutions that best suit customer needs.
Provide professional advice, such as cost optimization or functional improvement.
Preliminary quotation: Provide a quotation list based on customer needs and explain the pricing logic.

Step 3

Design Phase

Customers provide design files: Customers can upload their own design files or explain their design requirements.
Design Service: If the customer does not have a design plan, professional design services can be provided (extra charge).
Free or paid design templates are provided for customers to choose.
Design Confirmation: Provide electronic renderings or 3D effect previews for customers to confirm details, such as printing color, font LOGO position, fold position, etc.

Step 4

Sample Production

Sample Preparation: Produce physical samples or proofs based on the design confirmation content.
The sample contains all details such as color, material, fold and printing content.
Sample Delivery: Send the sample to the customer and track the logistics status in time.
Customer Confirmation: After the customer receives the sample, confirm whether it needs to be adjusted or modified.

Step 5

Mass Production

Production Plan: After the customer confirms the sample, enter the mass production stage.
During the production process, customers can check the production progress at any time.
Quality Control: Each batch of products will undergo strict quality checks, including color, size and printing quality.
Provide photos or videos of the production process to ensure transparency.
